A couple of questions about the guy named grand dragon

As a newbie of this forum, I found this forum is kind of weird. Unlike the other forums, we only have one person in charge instead of three. On the other hand, our leader who is the person in charge of our forum never joins our discussion and he even rarely shows up. Just for asking, 1is he always like that? 2when did he become the ruler of this forum? 3How many people in charge of this forum before his rule? 4Is it possible if we get some new people in charge under his rule?

1 yes he literally cares nothing, "The King shits, the Hand wipes", so the administration work is left for lesser administrators, while our "grand dragon" disgraces himself to play Chinese online games like Metro Conflict.
2 roughly 1.5 years? I can't be sure since I'm a newbie as well, albeit with Lvl 11.
3 can't tell how many in exact, but I've been there and ruled the board for half a year.
4 ask him yourself, if he ever bother to answer
