请帮忙翻译：来信已收到，当天已去本地邮政查询，并协助邮政工作人员在货件里仔细寻找，并未查到。工作人员告知，这里的货物存放时间不超过三天，超过三天时间会被退回。我相信深圳的物流在中国是最发达的，水平也是最高的，即使是节假日，快递工作者都依旧在忙碌着。记得第一次在wiggle购物，恰逢“双一十”，并且使用的也是免邮递送，从下单到收到货物20天的时间，而这次从发货到今天（12.30）已经过去一个月，并没有收到商品，实在是一次非常糟糕的购物经历！

其实我想说，真有可能是国内本地的物流渠道问题，我上月退换的一件东西也是发出来一个月下落不明，根本无法查询。

14年的最后一天即将过去，依旧没有收到商品，每天定时通过“联系我们询问此定单”的方式发一封邮件，已经不再抱有任何希望，只是祈祷能把钱退回来！这个网站真的能折磨死人！
