总之这个问题好多人都在申诉，官方说了是给的：
Characters
Your characters won’t be imported yet. We will import them a few days after 19th of October
You will keep your level, your achievements (but not the rewards), professions and quest items（你看他说给任务道具）
We will not be able to migrate your items (inventory, resources, bags…), your nation role (governor…)
但是。。。。。
我生活在法国，我很清楚，法国人，呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵呵，总之都很浪，慢
