PROCESS FOR LPG THROUGH OOG OF OMAN
LPG product comes from Iran and is available on FOB terms ex Iran port.
Price based on ARAMCO Platts with a variable discount to be disclosed within the Soft Corporate Offer (SCO).
1. On the understanding and acceptance of product coming from Iran the Buyer is to forward on official Letterhead and addressed to NIOC Iran, their Letter of Interest. This should state:
Quantity required per Lift
Frequency of Lift and contract duration
Ration of Butane & Propane and if the be supplied as separate products or mixed.
Proposed start date
The LOI should be forwarded by Email .
2. Upon receipt of the LOI, NIOC Iran will decide if they agree to supply or decline. If they agree they will provide in return an offer confirming availability and the further process to follow to secure a contract and supply of the product.
PROCESS FOR DIESEL D2 FROM UAE
Product is available on DIP AND PAY basis UAE port
Price is variable almost on a daily basis but based on MOPAG price (Mean of Arab Gulf Platts)
Buyer to provide an official Letter of Intent addressed to OOG, Muscat - Oman stating:
Quantity per Lift
Frequency of Lift and contract duration or SPOT deal
The LOI should be forwarded by Email .
Upon receipt of LOI, Seller will respond with Soft Corporate Offer confirming availability, declaring price and further process towards securing a contract and the supply of product.
