7. Upon confirmation of buyer ' s Guarantee Deposit of 5% via TT Wire to Fiduciary sellers
Fiduciary Escrow bank , Seller shall send 10% PB and shall deliver the full sets of delivery documents to buyer ' s bank and copy to buyer , including , butnotlimitthedocuments as below , Full POP , and Shipping Documents via SWIFTbank - to bank and copy to buyer as shown below :√ Title Ownership certificate .

FOB STANDARD TRANSACTION PROCEDURE
1. Buyer sends ICPO , Company Registration Certificate along with Buyer ' Tank Storage Agreement ( TSA ) from their tank farm as proof of storage availability and readiness .

BStatement ofavr é teprseeunentsCommitment to Supply , Agreement ( TTIA ) to be signed by Buyer and Buyer ' s Tank Farm and returned to Seller with Authorization to Inject ( ATI ) from Buyer ' s Tank Farm within 48 hours for the issuance of the Unconditional Dip Test Authorization ( DTA ).

5. Buyer conducts Dip Test . Signed NCNDA / IMFPA is executed by all parties involved . Upon successful dip test by Buyer , Buyer presents its TSR and Seller injects product into Buyer ' s tanks and Buyer makes Payment for the total value of product injected into the tanks by MT103/TT
6. All intermediaries are paid within 24 hours of product payment . Upon satisfaction by Buyer , both Buyer and Seller sign contract for Monthly delivery with rolls and extension .

FOB标准交易程序
1.买方从其油罐区发送ICPO、公司注册证书以及买方的储罐储存协议（TSA）作为储罐可用性和准备情况的证明。
2.卖方开具商业发票（CI）给买方签字并返回。
供应承诺书，供应协议（TTIA）由买方和买方的罐区签署，并在48小时内从买方的罐区返回给卖方，并授权注入（ATAI）无条件浸水试验授权(DTA)

储罐接收(TSR)
无条件浸渍试验授权(DTA)
卖方和收款人授权(ATSC)
注射报告和
向买方报告新鲜SGS
5.买方进行浸渍试验。签署的NCNDA/IMFPA由所有相关方执行。在买方成功进行浸渍试验后，买方提交TSR，卖方将产品注入买方的储罐，买方支付MT103/TT注入储罐的产品总价值
6.所有中间商在产品付款后24小时内付款。在买方满意后，买方和卖方签订月度交货合同，包括卷和延期。

FOB交易程序DIP和PAY
1.买方签发ICPO;包括卖方程序、买方的公司简介、注册证书和所有者/董事的护照。
2.卖方开具商业发票草稿，买方签字并返回给卖方。然后卖家签字盖章并与买家分享。同时，卖方将与买方提供的中间人签署NCNDA和IMFPA。
3. 卖方向买方发出正式签署并盖章的协议书，以完成交易
并承诺向买方支付 %2 的罚款;如果卖方未能遵守协议书中的条款，则相反。
4. 买方签署协议书，并在收到卖方的上述信函之日起两（2）个工作日内返回给卖方。
5. 卖方向买方发送以下文件。✓ 产品供货声明
✓ 供货承诺书
✓ 准备通知
✓ 产权转让宣誓书。
6. 买方通过托管将卖方油箱延长 5 天，称为安全保证金，以获得港口准入许可证，然后进行 DIP 测试。
注意：这笔款项将从最终付款中扣除。付款确认后，买方将
收到以下文件i）。SGS报告时间少于10小时
ii） 全地形车 / ATS

7. DIP-TEST后，卖方在买方的油库/航运公司确认开始注入后的两（2）个工作日内开始注入处理。
8. 注入后，买方的油罐区/航运公司向买方和卖方提供以下 POP 文件，以便在买方进行最终付款之前对产品进行最终确认： ✓ 浸渍测试授权 - 无条件;
✓ 注射报告;
✓ 油库条形码信息;
✓ 供货承诺书;
✓ 注册证书;
✓ 销售和收集授权 （ATSC）。
9. 买方将通过SGS进行浸渍测试，在浸渍测试后，买方通过MT103电汇/TT向卖方付款，以确认已位于买方油箱/容器中的产品。
10. 卖方按照买方的指示转让所有权，买方解除产品。
11. 在收到买方的付款后，卖方应根据NCNDA/IMFPA的规定向参与交易的所有中介机构支付佣金。随后，根据买卖双方之间的买卖协议合同的条款和条件，每月发货
