    1.Sodium Benzoate(苯甲酸鈉):Preservative. Sodium benzoate is a chemically synthesized preservative used in soft drinks,fruit juice, jams,and margarine. In animal studies, high amounts caused damage to the nervous system and brain. Sensitive individuals may develop hives or other allergic reactions. May decreased intellect in susceptible children. Sodium benzoate plus ascorbic acid can react under the right heat and light conditions to form benzene, a cancer-causing agent.
    毒理學依據:
    a. 半數致死劑量:小鼠口徑5100mg/kg
    b.日攝入量(國際標準ADI):0~5mg/kg
    c.日攝入量(仲國標準GB):0.2g/kg~2.0g/kg不等
    參考《食品添加劑使用標準》(GB 2760-2014規定)

      2.TBHQ(特丁基對苯二酚):為脂溶性抗氧化劑,耐熱比較差,不宜在煎炸、烘培條件下使用,可與BHQ一同使用來改善。對與動物具有致癌作用.
      毒理學依據:
      a.半數致死劑量:大鼠口徑0.7~1.0g/kg
      b.攝入量標準(WHO):0~0.2mg/kg
      c.攝入量標準(GB):不超過0.2g/kg
